Planetary Profits ("we", "the Service") is a market research and analysis service. We are not a stockbroker and do not execute trades or hold client funds.
2. Information we collect
- Account: name, email, phone
- Payment metadata via PayU (India) and Stripe (international) — we do not store card numbers
- Usage data: signals viewed, market screens, device/app diagnostics
3. How we use it
- Provide research content, market data and signal notifications
- Process subscriptions and issue Telegram channel invites
- Send transactional emails (welcome, receipts, alerts)
- Maintain records required for legal and regulatory compliance
- Security, fraud prevention and service improvement
4. Third-party processors
Google Firebase (database/hosting), PayU & Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Telegram (signal delivery). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
5. Data retention
For the subscription term plus any record-keeping period required by applicable law, after which data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Request access, correction or deletion by emailing support@planetaryprofits.com, or use our account deletion request page. EU/UK and California residents have additional rights under GDPR/CCPA.
7. Grievances
For grievances, contact grievance@planetaryprofits.com. We aim to acknowledge and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
