Planetary Profits provides research and market analysis, including model "signals" with indicative entry, target and stop-loss levels. These are general research views, not personalised investment advice and not tailored to any individual's financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance.
Trading and investment in securities and commodities carry substantial risk, including total loss of capital. Most individual F&O traders incur net losses. Past performance does not indicate future results. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
2. No guarantees
We do not promise or guarantee profits, returns, win-rates or any specific outcome. Any performance figures are illustrative and not assured. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
3. Subscription & billing
- Annual subscription: ₹15,000 (India) or the displayed amount in supported currencies (NRI)
- Fees are charged for access to research/analysis, not for outcomes
- Access expires one year from purchase; renewal terms are shown at checkout
4. Acceptable use
- Do not redistribute or resell signals to non-subscribers
- Do not scrape, reverse-engineer or abuse the Service
- One subscription is for one individual's personal use
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or decisions made using the Service. All trading is at your own risk and discretion.
