How to request deletion of your Planetary Profits account and associated data.

1. What this covers

You can request deletion of your Planetary Profits account (created on the web or in the mobile app) and the personal data associated with it — name, email, phone, subscription and payment metadata, and app usage data. We do not store your card or bank details; those are held by our payment processors (PayU, Stripe).

2. What gets deleted

• Your account profile: name, email, phone
• Subscription status and app usage data (signals viewed, market screens, device diagnostics)
• Push notification device tokens and Telegram channel access

3. What we may retain, and why

We may be required to retain certain transaction and communication records for a limited period after an account deletion request for legal and regulatory compliance. Where this applies, the retained data is kept solely for compliance, is not used for any other purpose, and is deleted or anonymised once the retention period ends. 4. Request deletion

Enter the email address on your account below. This will open your email app with a pre-filled request addressed to us — review it and hit send.
